This is the new American Heart Association CPR course taught with the updated 2020 guidelines. It replaces the previous Heartsaver CPR course.

The Heartsaver CPR and AED Course teaches CPR and relief of choking in adults, children and infants and use of barrier devices for all ages. It also covers the use of the AED machine (Automated External Defibrillator).
It is designed for those who have a duty to respond to a cardiac emergency because of job responsibilities or regulatory requirements. This would include teachers, fitness trainers, lifeguards and coaches. This is also a wonderful course for anyone that has a responsibility to care for another person including parents and babysitters . It is for the non healthcare professional.
A Heartsaver course completion card is issued at the end of the class, on-site.
